Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a proof of purchase/receipt or order number.
- Some products (such as personalized goods or final-sale items) may not be eligible for return — in such cases we will clearly note that on the product page.

Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- For returns due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or refund your return postage.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered, we will gladly exchange it for the same item (subject to availability). Contact us with photos and your order number to start this process.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items may not be eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products marked as final sale
- Items damaged by misuse or mishandling after delivery
- Personalized/customized items unless defective
